Look, I am not responsible for Portnoy. I think that piece of shit is a greasy nazi windbag and a drag on our collective society just as much as you do. Unfortunately there is no mechanism for kicking a Nazi out of your fanbase - it's a free country, and he's a billionaire Nazi so rules don't apply to him anyway. If I COULD kick him out, I would. But alas, I can't stop him from posting and podcasting about Michigan football. I absolutely WOULD if I could tho, cause fuck that guy.

I mean I dunno if you noticed, but nazis like football.
Hunter S Thompson once wrote that "the NFL is the last bastion of fascism in America" and while he was wrong on two points (it's all of football, not just the NFL, and "last" was far too optimistic) the overall sentiment is correct.
I cannot really justify my love of football - I'm like the pacifist who keeps my war medals on the mantle in that regard.
But this is THEIR game, not mine. Because football and fascism are kissing cousins.
