The 1mm key is too large for the screw, and here the only one I know with smaller keys is the Rolex maintenanceโฆ I told my neighbor to visit them just to know the size of the key, so he can buy his own.

@GustavinoBevilacqua@mastodon.cisti.org he may also have some unexpected luck with the multi-bit small screwdrivers sets... I just checked mine and it does have a 1.3 and 0.9 hex bit (probably actually 2 and 3 64th of an inch?)
Also, maybe it's obvious but: did he check his guitar bag? I'm almost certain that my guitar came with the relevant hex keys (now, where did they end up it's an entirely different matter)
