All right, I checked with the top two, and it's quite difficult because neither of them are comfortable with speaking in Public. Also, it's financially difficult as well, especially due to the Japanese economy (The Japanese Yen) doing terribly in comparison to the European economy (Euro). Neither could speak nor understand English either, which makes the whole FOSDEM event less appealing (since almost no one speaks Japanese there), so unfortunately, I could not get enough interests from the Misskey.io staff to join.
Maybe if the event was in Japan, and was in Japanese, and they did not have to show up in public (perhaps, a VTuber style?), things might have worked out differently...
But thanks for the invitation! I really love hearing these little offers!

Thanks for investigating seriously on my proposal. I was having doubt about all the things you listed and I can agree totally, by understanding the motivations.
My wishes was to shorten the bridge between eastern and western fediverse.
By my side, I guess would be interesting to join a Japanese free software event, to understand how local community works and compare to European culture on free software.
