@ritualdust@merveilles.town reading about history, people are resilient as hell.
Technologies get smaller, faster, lighter, people learn to live with them, it alienates one generation, and what was wild and weird once, becomes normal and commonplace, and I can see this keep being true for as long as humankind is unable to sit quietly in a room alone. Knowing how many time it has been tells me that it can be done again and again, and that make me hopeful.
