"How are you? Are you ok in your tent? I saw families with flooded tents 😧"

Haneen answered:

"We are fine, but it's cold here and we don't have winter clothes, and the tent doesn't protect us from the cold and winter weather.

The area where I am hasn't had heavy rain, thank God for that. If it had rained heavily, I would have drowned."
