still seems to be the best antidote to
*being generally stuck in life and we don't even know where to start*
no, in fact we already know where to start. we already did a couple of important (yet easy to overlook) steps into the right direction. there are people in our life who keep encouraging us to go more steps, even tho taking steps and taking agency for ourselves seems scary at times.
