clarification for your words:
not being able to vote is completely different than choosing not to vote
absolutely no one holds a single iota against someone who cannot vote due to financial, social, legal, physical, etc limitations
in fact, it is all the more reason for those who can vote to do so, because the GOP will disenfranchise even more voters
