(a) To the extent authorization is required and except as provided in paragraph (b) of this
general license, all transactions prohibited by the Russian Harmful Foreign Activities Sanctions
Regulations, 31 CFR part 587 (RuHSR), or the Ukraine-/Russia-Related Sanctions Regulations,
31 CFR part 589 (URSR), that are ordinarily incident and necessary to the attendance at or
support of meetings in the State of Alaska between the Government of the United States of
America and the Government of the Russian Federation are authorized through 12:01 a.m.
eastern daylight time, August 20, 2025.
