I had to skip work today. ☹️ (I hate to do it!)

I had to take my mom to the ER again, because she is in great pain.

Doc said she isn't at any sort of risk according to symptoms (or rather the lack of some, like no fever, no bleeding of any sort), but gave her stronger medication for the pain, and she still has to do a us*. Which we managed to book for tomorrow.

*ultrasound?

With all this I spent more money on uber than I would like to.

(With all the difficulty with public transportation in this city, I manage to go wherever by bus. But she's in pain, walking wasn't an option.)
