A populous that is dumber, sicker, and poorer is easier for the Billionaire class to exploit and control. This may not be RFK Jr's exact intent but he is a useful tool of those that wish to put in place the conditions to oppress us.
For his part RFK Jr has been shaped by addiction and trauma. He's been in the public eye his whole life, lived off family fortune/fame, and been rolled in a life that is neither healthy nor normal. He may just be motivated to destroy a country that caused him so much pain or, more likely, is mentally ill.
