So my Mac Studio M1 Max, keeps going 'slow'... it 'looks' like OBS an Firefox are consuming 150%ish CPU each....

Digging into this... the various different cores have variable freq, so clock down...

Annoying, the system 'needs' more but clocks down...

High Power mode only looks available for M4 mini's... assuming that would keep it from doing this.
