"A federal judge in San Francisco has ordered the National Science Foundation to restore about 300 grants to the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) that it suspended on 30 July, saying the agency violated a preliminary injunction she issued in June after NSF terminated a different set of grants to researchers across the UC system."
