This is just nuts. A person showed up with bromism, a condition that was probably last seen in the early 80s, because a chatbot suggested bromide salt as an alternative to table salt.

@ChristosArgyrop@mastodon.social and i thought peak stupidity was people buying Himalaya salt and sea salt for astronomic prices. At least those were not harmful, just some traces of heavy metals and radioactivity.
