It's called hyperbole, and it's appropriate for it to be applied to Republicants.
What's NOT hyperbole is saying that that EVERY SINGLE Republicant is complicit in covering up: child sex trafficking, sexual abuse, and sexual assault. They're also engaged in graft, corruption, abuse of power, fascism, and the destruction of democracy in what was once the United States of America.
