Chief Justice Roberts said if people didn’t like a SCOTUS ruling, there’s a way to fix that. The people get Congress to pass laws that would overturn the courts decision.
Problem?
If the SCOTUS overturns the Voting Rights Act and the Republicans redistrict, or invalidate the 2020 census, or any other way to cheat, then we can’t get Congress to pass laws to override their decisions.
It becomes a one party dictatorship.
