Maggie Beer, wearing the best orange glasses I've ever seen, talking a lot of sense at the #NPC re food for the elderly. She's been around aged care facilities a fair bit, and is stressing the importance of good kitchens/cooking, but hasn't mentioned the fact that many of them have their food trucked in, pre prepared (it's all about the money!)... 🤔
