and people’s purchased digital copies are DISAPPEARING FROM THEIR DEVICES

update from my publisher: they say this has happened to all their books (for reasons I wasn’t told) and it would “all be fixed” in a couple days?

Does that mean people with digital copies that lost them will get them restored?! what the heck is going on

I guess we wait and hope

my manager ordered a hardcover from amazon yesterday, just to see what would happen (since paperbacks and digital were removed)

this is the email they sent him when it shipped

hidden for privacy? of an item he BOUGHT?!
