@solonovamax@tech.lgbt I'll just say that you're basically overriding what your cells are doing. If you know how to make something work, you can make it work. Whether that's building an extra set of arms or doing bottom surgery on yourself, you can do it by making your cells behave differently. You can rearrange them to turn into a near perfect dopple ganger of someone with minimal effort. Anything beyond what you already have available requires you create the cell you want.

@Axolotl1@gaygeek.social that's prohibitively difficult for anyone outside of like a couple thousand people though, as there are very few people who understand how all the cells in even any given region of your body work together bc like there are so fucking many different ways your cells work together and you need to understand all of them. and not just on the micro scale, but also on a more macro scale
