of course he picks someone who thinks the agency he's applying to shouldn't actually do what the agency does. TACO wants to destroy this, just like DOJ, SEC, Dept of Ed, HHS, SSA, etc.
hard to keep claiming you're a business genius if folks are constantly bringing up all those pesky facts based on that darned data cruft.
