All either life-changing injuries or, in the case of rupturing the intestines, a likely slow and agonising death from bile and sepsis.
Randomly firing into crowds queuing for food aid. Some die, some are grievously wounded...but also can't access medical care. Not to mention causing a famine in the first place.
Killing all the Arabs isn't enough for these psychos. They also want them to suffer.
