Don’t let the pattern bully you into a seam allowance. Seam allowance can be ANYTHING you want it to be. Making a tank top from stadium towels and need every millimeter of fabric? Smaller seam allowance. Making a dress and want to give room to expand through preganancy? Lots is fine too. You are the boss of the seam allowance.
