Walking home and saw a nearly-nude baby (maybe 2-ish, wearing just a diaper) toddling along on one of those child-leashes, dragging a tired mom along the sidewalk. And then noticed that tired-mom was also carrying a small dog, who was significantly more clothed than the child (little hat, bandana, and those rubber dog-boots). Had a chuckle at the notion that the kid and the dog were kinda backwards.
