Feel like when people point out that each successive atrocity is a distraction from the previous atrocity, this is somehow thought of as dismissing or minimizing the new atrocity.
It's not either, or. It's both.
It can both be true taking over DC is a deliberate assertion of authoritarianism and an attempt to distract from Epstein. And the next horror may well be both a distraction from taking over DC and another component of their authoritarian plan.
This is how they roll.
