I also am immensely amused by the notion of "single press" maple syrup and am imagining a gigantic tree press where we squeeze the liquid out.
@transitionalaspect@fnordon.de If all the other ingredients are top-shelf & don't overpower the flavour, salad dressing could be a nice way of stretching out the enjoyment of really fancy maple syrup, I think.
That or fancy cocktails. Or over really nice vanilla ice cream.
