Don't know who needs to hear this, but if you aren't Black or Indigenous, the system has been serving you all along, so you've been hesitating to respond to this nonsense.
Allies don't wait for an invitation to arrive in the mail. They stand strong against enemies even if the enemies look like a dim cousin. Stepping up would be a good thing.
