Ugh. We are on several days in a row of an air quality alert which means Iβve got a wicked headache and cough. I feel bad whining though because the reason the air quality is bad here, is because of the Canadian wildfires and at least I donβt have to evacuate. But Iβm going to hold space for my discomfort AND for Canada π![]()

@dramypsyd@ohai.social I highly recommend getting a HEPA filter for your house, maybe some N95's for going out.
I have a HEPA filter because of my cockatiels (very dusty birds) and it helps keep the air clean, just a bonus that it also seems to help with the wildfire smoke. I have the Levoit H-133. I also ave a P95 with replaceable filters for when the smoke gets bad.
All that said, it could be confirmation bias so do some reading, I'm just some fish on the internet.
