The problem I have, in my life, in general, is that I like to investigate the root cause of issues and figure out a way to fix it long term. This is usually a long process of research and implementation of solutions, maybe finding optimized ways of moving forward.

And I find myself surrounded of people who want quick fixes for everything in life, will not spend a single minute looking at the big picture and possible causes for the problem. Then wonder - why does the problem keep happening?

Anyway, the exhausting life of the engineering mind.

@renatarocha@mstdn.ca, o-oh... I found myself in the first part, and one of my goals is to pause and think about it more times, checking how much effort I must apply on each project or big task - at work and at home.

At least part of my co-workers also want to solve the root of the problems and implement effective solutions.
I hope you find the same there.

I know the feeling. You're not alone. And I would dare to say that's the thing that makes you stand out from the others, so keep doing it.
