The folding chairs & cot I leave covered with plastic on my apt. balcony shows so much disintegration from just being outside year round (when not in use in the summer like now), that it was a given that the #Oceangate #Titan submersible would similarly fail after being left out over winter, directly next to the sea, in St. John's Newfoundland.
Peoples' winter tires are stored better than that thing was.
