Trying to get along with the Hundred cricket. I really am.

The trouble is there's no franchise that's close to me geographically really, so it's hard to get attached.

So I'm trying a different criteria. I think I'll choose the Hula Hoops rather than the McCoys, Skips or Butterkist. Not into the Pombears at all.

@Devonkiwi@mastodonapp.uk I think the best thing for it, now the ECB have sold all the franchises, is for the new owners to get together, make it 'proper' 6 ball overs in 20/20 format, and stop all the trying so desperately hard to sell it.

It strikes me that some marketing 'genius' came up with the name first, and they've been trying to make it all fit and sell the form over the actual content of the sport ever since.
