Funny how the world forgot about TikTok and the imminent danger it posed to Americans. It was "banned" but is not banned. Trump had a "buyer" but it was not bought. I think there just isn't enough bandwidth in the public mind to pay attention to Epstein, genocide, the takeover of Black-run cities, and tariffs while also talking about TikTok.

@EricIndiana@mastodon.social There isn't enough room in my mind to pay attention to any of it. I'd rather find old opera singers and performances to enjoy, and then maybe a few good books to read, preferably from the nineteenth century. Plus, my Italian and music theory studies (all self-taught). The rest is just noise that I block out.
