You must consider these things by comparing both sides. You have successfully nullified the compliment with the lack of concern, but also nullified the insult by caring enough to write the program.

@VictimOfSimony@infosec.exchange my logic was I wanted to remember to do it, but I forgot too often, and built-in calendar reminders weren’t enough. So, I automate saying/sending it, and if folks reply in a manner open to conversation, I have them.
