He’s amping up the cray rhetoric for three reasons.
1) Pay no attention to Epstein and my past sexual crimes toward women and girls.
2) A trial balloon to further his control over everyone by using the military as a cudgel against those who oppose him.
3) To woo back his base who are beginning to wake up about Epstein.
