Pro-Russian fugitive oligarch Ilan Shor has announced plans to seize the Great National Assembly Square in ChiΘinΔu, offering $3,000 per month to participants in protests he is organizing. Shor, currently in Moscow, created a cryptocurrency to facilitate Russian shadow payments bypassing sanctions.
