The biggest problem with fedi "meta" (I still think fedipol is a better term for it) is that any problem on the network becomes a network wide problem, and that happens because everyone feels the need to state how they feel about it
I get feeling the need to state your opinion on something you care about, but really it's unlikely to have any impact and so it's better to just not say anything
