The whole discussion about Trump activating the National Guard to combat “crime” in DC, all the statistics and explanations, is casting pearls before swine. He was driven through streets on his way to the golf course where he saw homeless people, and that bothered him. Not because of the terrible conditions, but because it simply bothers him and he doesn't want to see it, so he comes up with something to eliminate this disturbing sight.
