@luckytran@med-mastodon.com god I hate that this isn't just considered a normal precaution everyone takes to limit harm to others (and themselves). It's so fucking easy to do.

@alice@lgbtqia.space @luckytran@med-mastodon.com and I still do. As I keep saying to everyone who will listen, the only places that I don't wear a mask are:

In my home
In my car
At my work desk

It has reduced the amount of viruses I get infected by quite drastically.

@alexadeswift@lgbtqia.space @alice@lgbtqia.space @luckytran@med-mastodon.com This is the thing about this. Besides protection from the ongoing pandemic that everyone is trying so hard to ignore (but gets rather hard to ignore when one keeps catching it over and over and over...) it also has the benefits of protecting from other things too!

Good filtering and masking as well as not going out into crowds as often also protects from other things people hate like the flu.

@nazokiyoubinbou@mastodon.social @alice@lgbtqia.space @luckytran@med-mastodon.com and also those of us who are somewhat affected by pollen or hay fever are also protected from that as well.

It has numerous benefits for everyone in society.
