I'm going to spend some time looking into setting up a forgejo ... if it works out, I'm open to sharing.
I guess this means I should look at setting up a way to take contributions, too.

@FunkyBob@chaos.social I have a private one that I mostly use to mirror specific GH repos. If you’re comfortable with Docker/SQL/Linux it’s pretty straightforward.
I’ve had nothing but pain with Forgejo Actions however.
