The root cause are not the wildfires. The root cause is humanity using fossil fuels and gas beyond our planet’s limits. Wildfires are a symptom of that.

And yes, we’re aware about wildfires. And yes, we are fighting them with all available resources 366d/year - which incl. preparing for the next month.

We protest against the governments’ environmental inaction. The fact that you don’t hear about it doesn’t mean it does not happen.

What you’re suggesting is the equivalent of us asking the USA to protest:
- Wildfires in LA (2025)
- Wildfires in Hawaii (2023)
- Hurricane Katrina
- Hurricane Irene (2011)
- Hurricane Fiona (2023)
- Hurricane Debby (2024)
… at the same time!

Wildfires and poor air quality from them are the symptom and consequence, not the disease.
