Crime Syndicate of America is a team of supervillains composed of evil parallel-universe counterparts of the Justice League.! Members are Ultraman, Owlman, Superwoman, Johnny Quick, and Power Ring, counterparts to Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, the Flash, and Green Lantern respectively.

@davidhmccoy@mastodon.world My kid is fascinated by the Crime Syndicate, as they've just played through LEGO DC Super-Villains.

We have DVDs of various DC cartoons, and the Crime Syndicate shows up in many different series. We watched the two-parter from the first season of "Batman: The Brave and the Bold" last night before bed. I'm enjoying the show a lot (I'm a deeply, deeply unserious person), and the Joker makes his first appearance in those episodes. It's the first time the Joker has ever been funny.

That BTB&TB two parter with Owlman is one of my all time favorites. I grew to love “The Batman” so I worried about “Brave”, but it won(quickly) me over.

I suspect you own “Crisis on Two Earths” which was another good one.

I’ve been fascinated by the CSA since I was a kid.
