It's a whole lot easier to take you and your thing seriously when you aren't using a font from German fliers distributed by the Nazi party in the 1930s. Please stop that shit.

It's getting tiring to explain why it's "fresh" now. People didn't use it for years unless it was dogwhistle, or they had a definition of "edgy" that meant being quietly antisemitic.

"Uber" was available as a brand because it's in the song "Deutschlandlied" and was performed along with "Horst-Wessel-Lied" as a Nazi national anthem.

This is why it was so readily available as a four letter brand name. Full stop.

It's kinda important to pay attention to the subtext. Nothing is really a coincidence. If they aren't trying to send the message, they don't use the language.
