@copter_chief@mstdn.party I think a lot of his mental lapses are connected to recent conversations he's been having with his inner circle and co-conspirators such as his handler Putin. I think they're windows from which you can sense vibrations revealing the conversations going on inside the room. I'm not saying he plans to give Alaska to Russia but somewhere in his brain Putin probably has mentioned to him that Russia once owned Alaska or something like that. It sounds as though the meeting site was likely suggested by the Russians, from this article.
