@Viss@mastodon.social FedEx Ground delivered a box upside down and wont accept my complaint because it’s not my account number on the shipment. And because it was drop shipped from the manufacturer, Big Box Store won’t take my complaint either. I have the phone number of the manufacturer now, I’ll tackle that tomorrow.
I don’t have problems with UPS or FedEx not-Ground. Their drivers care.
