2xfoThe processor is holding up well. I like to buy things oversized and then underutilize them for maximum longevity.
I think the ram requirements for computing in general have been creeping up and i just haven't adapted.
2xfoSo today i bought new ram. I hope that will help. It also looks like i might need a better video card? Maybe I'm old but i feel silly spending money there when I'm not even playing games with it. But according to the benchmark i ran, the graphics card is the lowest rated part of my rig.
2xfoHopefully quadrupling the ram will make a noticeable difference in the response time. I'm tired of clicking things and waiting for the ui elements to load before i can use them.
