Well, it's not Oregon or Yosemite - hell it's not even hiking - but I need to keep that cardio up and my energy levels high, so I took a quick 17-mile bike ride this morning. At least there was water and some ducks to look at! Also I was happy to see the little birdhouse kingdom still there by the creek.
