Those vaunted, "checks and balances," we all learned about in elementary school? We are seeing how frail they actually are, as they are failing completely. All three branches are held by one party that is completely fine with ignoring the rules.
And now they are trying to cement it. The unlawful redistricting that is happening in Texas? It just hit Ohio, and we are already one of the most gerrymandered states in the union.
If they pull this off, MARK MY WORDS, they'll change senate election rules somehow to favor GOP incumbents, or give red states a third senator.
There is only one way to stop this, and standing on street corners with signs ain't it.
