@SheDrivesMobility@norden.social Sure. it's just slower than previous ICEs, it will have lousy ride quality because it's Talgo, the gangways are too narrow for wheelchairs to get through the train from carriage to carriage, the vestibules are cramped so it will be slow to board, and it is too heavy to run in Netherlands as foreseen so won't go there. Is Talgo really that bad in terms of ride quality?

I'm fascinated by their design without the throughaxle that enables the low floor.

And they offer trains capable for speeds up to 350 km/h.

The combination seems very attractive on paper.
