no seriously. He's stupid and insane. This is the kind of thing governments have to imagine.
There is also the fact that Russia State TV was talking about the inevitability of taking Alaska at some point.

But it would be more to secure his Moscow hotel project , Ukraine would be secondary clause in deal to hand over Alaska. The problem is that Alaska has oil and Trump feels obligation towards oil industry.
