The face of climate change. I want to emphasize here that the global temperature increase of 1.5°C is not even evenly distributed over the planet.
Higher latitudes that is to say in Europe, experience a greater increase in average temperature temperatures. This means the warmer atmosphere flowing over Europe can extract as well as dump a greater amount of water.
