I need a public calendaring app that has secret roles on the back end, where I can classify two kinds of requestors: the ones I will show my real availability to, and the ones classified “Yeah, sometime, but not soon.” I’d be willing to move appointments for certain people, but others will have to wait until a day when I have nothing better to do.

I think you are describing a really good executive assistant, the old-fashioned kind that stayed with a principal for years and knew them inside out.
