Every time they mention the Race of the criminal they're not "avoiding legal prejudice", they're causing it, because the Defence will say the Government has prejudiced the jury before the Trial and then there will be a Mistrial, and the victim won't get justice and the racists will have more reasons to burn down refugee families in their beds.
